Many years ago, I heard from a friend the story of a man who didn’t kill a single person during the war. After hearing his story, I thought to myself “Is that even possible?” For killing is not a choice, but an instinct to defend oneself during the war, especially when one’s life is threatened. It seems impossible to not kill in war, but many years later another story proved me wrong.
Directed by Mel Gibson, starring Andrew Garfield who played the inspiring character of Desmond Thomas Doss in the movie Hacksaw Ridge.
I am a person that is easily happy and easily sad. When good things happen to me I will rejoice, feel happy and gain strength from it. While on the other hand, if bad things happened to me, my mood will turn 360 degrees. There are many famous quotes around the world that remind people to be happy in various ways, it is easily attainable on the internet. A word of encouragement from a friend or a family member can give you strength, but I pondered “How can I live happily every day, despite difficulties, hardships, and challenges in life?”
I went to catch “The Secret LIFE of Pets” in the cinemas last Saturday. Just for your information, the film was created by Illumination Entertainment (Universal Studios). The same team that brought you “Despicable Me”. The movie was really funny and the characters were FREAKING cute accompanied with a couple of… scary moments. (The scene where the snake appears in the sewers, was not exactly scary. However, it still made my hair stands for a while). For the story, in my opinion, I felt that it was a little too predictable and things were like too easy for some of the characters in some parts. Anyway, I am just being picky, ignore me. 😛

I put this priority before anything because I am the type of person that really cannot survive without ample hours of sleep. I believe generally everyone would agree with me. Especially for friends out there who are working. Having the good quality of sleep affects the productivity at work and other activities. Nevertheless, many adults are still suffering a lack of sleep due to work or other commitments. So what is important in understanding about sleep so that we can rest well and still perform well at our work place?
